Inspect: “Open the Top and Bottom”
- Top end off: cam and rocker condition, injector tips, valve train wear, carbon patterns.
- Bottom end off: bearings, cylinder walls, ring witness marks, thrust movement.
- Leak paths: gaskets, front/rear covers, oil cooler housing, turbo drain, EGR interfaces.
Test: Oil, Coolant, Compression, Stress
- Oil sample: fuel dilution, silica, wear metals; coolant test for combustion gases and pH.
- Compression / balance: hot idle trims and contribution; rail pressure tracking where applicable.
- Stress run: load the engine and log temps/pressures; confirm VGT/EGR actuations (when present).
Prove: Run-Test On Video
- Every engine is run-tested on video. You see oil pressure, smoke quality, and response.
- We document blow-by, boost (where available), and visible leaks.
Deliver: Complete & Drop-In Ready
- Complete in most cases: accessories as shown, configured for a drop-in to reduce install time.
